Glee

“Say That Something”: This prompt. If Kurt can't hold his father's hand, he can - for what it's worth - hold everyone else's.

"In a Name": This prompt. Finn introduces Sam to his "brother" Kurt. So Sam is now crushing on his only friend's little brother - plus it takes him two and a half months to figure out that Kurt is actually Finn's stepbrother. L'awkward.

“Want, Take, Have”: This prompt. Five times Karofsky wants Kurt, and one time he takes what he wants.

“You Will Get Pregnant and Die”: This prompt. In which Finn tries very, very hard to be a good brother. By giving Kurt The Talk.

“Not While I’m Around”: This prompt. Kurt, having been tossed in dumpsters every day for years, suffers from claustrophobia. This is especially unfortunate for everyone involved when he gets stuck in an elevator with Finn and Puck.

“Men of la Mancha”: This idea. Reality fails to live up to either Dave’s or Kurt’s expectations.

“Comfort Zone”: This prompt. Finn discovers that Kurt’s bed is almost definitely magical; at least, sleeping there always makes him feel better. (Obviously, given the stuff I write, I got permission to keep it brotherly.) Part 1 | Part 2

"Just the Way You Are": This prompt. Kurt is an awesome brother and Finn loves him, he really does. He just wishes Kurt weren’t gay.

“Taking This One to the Grave”: This prompt. Some people have diaries; Kurt has Azimio, his French partner for the last year and change. Confident that Azimio doesn’t understand a word he’s saying, he’s been telling Azimio everything – including what Karofsky’s done to him. And Azimio, who just doesn’t want to have to talk to Kurt, is actually a genius at French.

“Eventyr”: This prompt. Dave’s attempts to deal spiral him into a couple of obsessions, one of them with Kurt. Kurt is finally adjusting to being at Dalton. Right up until he gets a call from Dave, who has swallowed a half a bottle of pills. (And I went and made it a sequel to “Taking This One to the Grave”.)

“People Who Need People”: This prompt. Kurt looks adorable and childlike; people want to snuggle and help him because of it. Rachel just wishes he’d appreciate the advantage it gives him. Kurt is largely unimpressed by the whole thing.

“What I Did for Love”: This prompt. Kurt reschedules halfway through a date with Blaine in order to comfort Mercedes in her hour of need. But first Blaine gets Kurt to be his boyfriend, through the power of song.

“It’s the Fear”: Will loves Kurt, the way he does all his kids, but until recently he didn’t like him very much.

“Best Beloved”: This prompt. Being read aloud to is for little kids, and Finn is making a concerted effort to grow up, so he definitely doesn't indulge in it. Much. Well, Kurt has a nice voice, okay.

“Do You Believe in Magic”: This prompt. Kurt is the canary whisperer. Blaine thinks it's charming. Wes thinks it's diabolical. (Also available: A spectacular sci-fi-spun sequel by slashtintedglss.)

“To Make Me Feel So”: This prompt. Rachel is acutely aware that Kurt doesn’t really think she's pretty, so his fascination with her hair is… well, gratifying, if a touch morbid. (Also available: a stunning piece of fanart by the gracious and talented ileliberte because I shamelessly asked her to draw it.)

"All We Are": These prompts. Dave Karofsky cannot get a girlfriend - right up until he does. Santana makes everything worse.

“Closer”: This prompt. Blaine doesn't think of himself as the jealous type, but Kurt has so many rad bromances.

“All in This Together”: This prompt. It’s sad when two people who used to be best friends stop getting along, so Brittany helps Finn and Puck fix their relationship. By handcuffing them together.

"Sweetest Tongue and Sharpest Tooth": Blaine takes a pretty but unwise detour on his way to see Kurt. Wolves lurk in many guises. (Little Red Riding Hood retelling.)

"The Genie You Save": Mercedes would find a genie who's expired. She would.

"Home": This prompt. If Will wants a family, Terri will give him a family. And if he wants his precious glee kids - two birds, one stone. 1A | 1B | 2A | 2B | 3A | 3B | 3C

"Only a Paper Moon": For this picture, by wolfs-blane in the kbl_reversebang! Kurt has plenty of concerns about the future, but there's nothing like worrying you won't make it through the weekend alive to take your mind off that.

"Like a Broken Promise": This is the moment Will realizes he's not staying in New York. (or on tumblr)

"If My Dear Ones Came": Will Schuester never started the New Directions, and the kids' lives have intersected only tangentially - only enough to get them all killed this Halloween. Part 1 | Part 2 (or on tumblr)

Glee

"Come as You Aren't": It is due entirely to Becky Faye Jackson that Kurt is dressed as Snooki and Finn has resurrected his Lady Gaga shower curtain. It is due almost entirely to the weather that Blaine is not shirtless. Halloween can be funny that way. (for ileliberte <3)

"In Sickness and in Health": This prompt. Finn would like the record to show that it is Lauren Zizes' fault he ended up as his own brother's pimp.

"Dream of Me": These prompts. Kurt has night terrors. He also, more’s the pity, has issues with asking for help.

“The Substitute”: (Sequel to “Eventyr”.) Azimio is trying to be a good friend, and Blaine is trying to help. But neither of them can shake the feeling that Dave is looking at someone who’s not actually there.

"Tangled": In which dashing and courageous (and mysteriously orphaned) bandit Finn Ryder finds the long-lost Prince Kurt, who is being held captive by the evil Blaine Gothel. Things get more complicated from there. (Tangled AU.)

"Friends Like These": Finn and Puck stage a battle of the bromances, Furt vs. Partie. They fail to consider how Kurt and Artie feel about this. (Sequel to "Not While I'm Around"; inspired by this prompt.)

Untitled Sequel to “Just the Way You Are”: Finn is a great brother and Kurt loves him, he really does. He just wishes Finn were comfortable with him being gay.

"Sparkle Motion": About three things Rachel was absolutely positive. First, Kurt was a vampire. Second, there was a part of him - and she didn't know how potent that part might be - that thirsted for her solos. And third, she was unconditionally and irrevocably in Elphaba/Galinda-style loathing with him.

"Chosen": This prompt. Buffy Summers, welcome to the Hellmouth. It’s situated directly under the gymnasium of McKinley High.

"Where the Goblins Go": Rachel can definitely solve the Labyrinth, defeat the Goblin Queen, and win her boyfriend back, all in thirteen hours. (Partially in response to an idea of prettybird's.)

"The Marvelous Land of Oz": Brittany S. Pierce goes to Oz, gets into trouble, gets out of it again, and meets the woman of her dreams.

"The Family Way": This prompt. Kurt's mother is not, strictly speaking, dead. In fact, she's immortal. And male. He is the great god Loki, and he needs a small favor...

"As the Years Go By": (Toy Story AU.) Brittany is moving to New York for college, leaving her toys - and her mom - behind. Panic ensues on all fronts but Brittany's.

"We Are the Champions": This prompt. Jesse St. James moves to Los Angeles seeking everlasting fame and obscene wealth. Instead he gets a broody vampire, a set of migraines, and more stains than he has clothes - and there's nothing so hard as demon blood to get out of chiffon.

"The Coming Storm": This prompt. Kurt has lost everything, which makes Sue Sylvester's offer - five years he won't even remember in return for a fresh start - look very appealing. And in Los Angeles, Topher Brink is about to inadvertently end the world.

"Mirror but Blightlands": Pseudo-American Horror Story AU. After Burt's stint as a congressman, the Hudson-Hummels move to the countryside for some peace and quiet. It turns out the local dead are not remarkably peaceful or quiet.

"True to Your Heart": This prompt. Katherine Hummel is having a hard time keeping her life under control and her secrets (most of them about Blair Anderson) secret. Santiago Lopez is going to help her, whether he wants to or not. (Snow White retelling.)

"A Place Dark and Cold": Kurt's choice - a trade, himself for his father - is clear. Being trapped in near-isolation with a hateful beast makes things somewhat murkier. None of this ends well. (Beauty and the Beast AU.)

"Six and a Half Ways to Die at Your Desk": Rachel Berry, worker extraordinaire, has vowed to die on the job. Kurt is happy to help her fulfill this oath. The Office AU.

"Lovely by Nature and by Art": This prompt. It really sucks that Kurt will only let Finn near him - partly because it really hurts Burt's and Blaine's feelings, and partly because this boy Finn's stuck with isn't really Kurt. (Death Stone retelling.)

"Perfect": Everyone knows that robots are perfect. So Artie's secret is perfectly safe.

"Tick, Tick, Tick of a Heart": (Sequel to "Perfect".) A lot - a lot - has changed in the past hundred years, but at least Artie and Mike still have Tina. For a given value of the word "have." (Iron Henry retelling.)

"The Prince's Diaries": Prince Kurt - it does have kind of a ring to it. Unfortunately, it comes with a lot of paperwork, a lot of sitting at ceremonies where he doesn't stand to win anything, and an annoying older brother. Another one.

"The Space Between": This prompt. Since his parents divorced when he was little, Kurt has been living happily with his mother. He just doesn't get his dad, so this "let's reconnect now that I have a new wife and son" thing is not his idea of a great time.

"A Need for Bunk Beds": Rachel wishes for a sibling. Among the last things she expects: A guided tour of her life with Quinn, Blaine, or Mercedes as a sibling, followed by a choice between the three.

"Mist behind and Light Before": This prompt, in part. After spending his first eighteen years in slavery, Kurt is trying to build his life and himself. Blaine just might be helping. Santana just might not be. (Cinderella retelling.)

"When You Open Your Mouth to Speak": Tina has always known she's the practical one in the family, but going years without speaking while she sews nettles into shirts to save her siblings from an evil spell? This is just beyond the pale. (Wild Swans retelling.)

"Bonita, mi casa, su casa": Based on all these four prompts (but I promise I have something coherent in mind). Santana, Lauren, and recently-fired Brittany are forced to take on a few more roommates. Kurt and Rachel are loud, but at least they're neat - the problem is that they come with Blaine and Finn.

"Where the World Is Quiet": A Series of Unfortunate Events AU. Kurt, Finn, and Tina, newly orphaned, are sent to live with their Beloved Countess Sue. This does not work out. Neither do the rest of their guardians. It's a hard knock life, kids.

"Dragons Don't Dance": Kurt is fine with being a prince; not so much with an arranged fiance. Blaine is fine with being a king; not so much with a magical kingdom. They both take vacations and, unfortunately, end up in dragon territory. (Enchanted Forest AU.)

"You Can Be Me When I'm Gone": Shelby will do anything to get Beth back. Anything at all. ("Story of a Mother" retelling.)

"B.R.I.T.T.S.": (D.E.B.S. AU.) Brittany is failing most of her classes at Sue Sylvester's school for spies, and she needs to focus. This makes Santana Lopez, super villain and super hot, a problem.

"Keep Me Company": Ten years after graduation, the members of ND are reuniting to for a wedding, a divorce, and a lot of pressure on the relationships they thought would last forever. (Company-inspired future fic.)

"Wanting": Beth Schuester's mother has some really weird hang-ups about music, and Beth is starting to think that's not the only abnormal thing about their home life.

"Fear Itself": Kurt doesn't believe in this stuff, but there is still something deeply wrong with the Littlest Nutcracker Vampire.

“Anything, Always”: It is in very poor taste for Albus Dumbledore to begrudge Severus Snape anything at all, but he does envy the sincerity of those words.

"The Way We Never Were": Louis was buried in the Théâtre des Vampires over a hundred years ago, just before the building burned to the ground, and is presumed dead right up until Jesse digs him out. Louis, while alive and kicking, is not quite what he used to be – and hasn’t come back entirely alone. (foreverrhapsody's idea, and a gift for said lovely lady.)

"Drowning Nicki": High school AU, not kidding, zero shame.

"An Empty Place in These Bones": Nightmare before Christmas AU, still not kidding, still no shame.
